Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaning System
| The Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaning System is a Generator tank system., which includes an ultrasonic cleaning tank and ultrasonic generator cabinet are two separate components connected via 6 foot RF shielded cable. • 20” x 12” x 14” deep actual tank size stainless steel tank, type 316L precision welded and dye tested. • Ultrasonic cleaning tank will be equipped with 12 PULSE-SONIC 40Khz ultrasonic transducers mounted to the tank bottom. • Transducers are powered by 4 full sweep ultrasonic generator cards featuring Sweep Frequency Circuit which sweeps output frequency to transducer to minimize dead spots, and Automatic Load Compensation, which increases power to transducers with increasing tank loads automatically. • Generator cards are housed in separate cabinet constructed of stainless steel. • Operating Frequency: 40Khz. • Generators are individually fused and fan cooled for long, safe service life. • Ultrasonic Power: 1200 watts. • 3/4" drain with ball valve included. • Other frequencies, such as 80Khz, 25Khz, and others, are available, ask your Zenith salesperson for details on selecting the appropriate frequency for your application. • Tank includes stainless steel cover. |
