Silica prepacked flash columns
| Normal phase silica gel columns are designed for flash purification of organic compounds with sample loading up to 10% of packed mass (1% is recommended). Superior Silica Columns: Unique and extensive pretreatment to prepare ultrapure and neutral silica gel with narrow particle size distribution, and unique uniform packing. Customers reported endocannabinoids decomposed on competitor’s silica column, but the compounds remain intact on Luknova’s silica columns. Luknova’s silica gel is near neutral (pH~6.8-7.2) and has much fewer acidic sites. Mechanical packing and stringent quality control guarantees the performance consistency. Luknova column can reach baseline separation of phthalic acid dimethyl ester and phthalic acid diethyl ester, however the competitors’ columns could not under the same conditions.
