BURNER - High Temperature, Natural Gas, Natural Gas Burner
Meker-type burner, for use where extremely hot flame is required (heating platinum ware). Meker cap forms many short uniform blue cones; prevents back-flashing. Provided with a 38 mm perforated monel grid backed with monel wire mesh. For use with natural and other gases which have from 800 to 1200 BTU per cu. ft. Overall height, 8 1⁄2 inches. Zinc alloy die-cast octagonal base is nickel-plated, 3 3⁄8 inches diameter. Complies with Federal Specifications NNN-B-795.
